THE BASICS OF HUMAN DESIGN
Human Design is a combination of ancient and modern sciences (astrology, the I Ching, quantum physics, the Chakras and the Kabbalah) that uses your birth data to calculate your Human Design Chart. Your chart is an illustration of the energetic flow within your system - your energetic soul blueprint and how you interact with the world.
It is your guide to use as a decision making tool and discovering your true nature and living your life in the most authentic way – ultimately, how to live as your true self.
Human design is your energetic soul blueprint of how you are meant to operate to your full potential.
ENERGY TYPES:
Your energy type is your first entry point into discovering what your design is and tells you how you are supposed to be exchanging energy with everything around you.
It is the most biggest part of your chart and the thing that will change most about your life.
When you live according to your energy type you will open up more flow rather than live against your design (where you will encounter resistance, things feel tough, you struggle and you may also feel that you are putting a lot of energy into something but not getting much back).
Life will feel effortless.
The different energy types include: Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector and Reflector.
STRATEGY:
Each energy type has their own Strategy. Strategy is a doorway to living as yourself, affirming who you really are, and understanding and letting go of what you are not. Your Strategy supports you to work with your natural energy instead of working against it.
AUTHORITY:
Your Strategy and Inner Authority go together to guide you. Your Inner Authority is your body’s knowing or intelligence, how you know if a decision is the right one for you. You hear a lot these days about following your intuition. Human Design gets specific and shows you where your Authority lies so you can experiment and see how it works for you.
The authority types include: Emotional Authority, Sacral Authority, Splenic Authority, Environment/No Inner Authority, Self-Projected Authority, Lunar Cycle Authority, Ego Authority.
YOUR AURA:
As human beings we need to simply get our aura (the energy about 3 feet around you) ready so the things we desire (to become successful, thrive and have the life we desire) can drop in.
When you live by external conditioning (doing things because you have been told that's how it should be or how it's always been done) it is clogging your aura.
When you start living by your design and operate in this world by your energy type, you are clearing your aura of all that debris and clutter and allowing all the things you desire to drop in 💖
When you are exercising your authority and strategy you are able to sift through your old conditioning and old ways of being, and asking yourself ‘if this is according to your strategy?’. If the answer is no, it’s letting go of it and embracing your energy type – basically putting yourself in the fast lane to your desires!
