HOW TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS WITH EASE AND FLOW
Being CEO of your own domain and running your own ship isn’t as easy as we all like to hope it is.
Just four months ago I was working like a mad woman to get all of the work done, accommodate last minute client requests, feeling dread when checking my emails daily and sacrificing time with my Little Miss because I had to get a job completed.
Hell, I even used to lug my 27inch iMac with me to our holiday cabin… and on more than one occasion we had to pack up and come home early because the internet was shit and clients needed stuff 😱

Yes that was my solopreneur life and I know that I’m not alone.
While I don’t have a magic wand to wave and make it all easy, I did turn it around for my own business in only three months.
So how did I do it?
Let's break it down: 01// I dove into my Human Design
The absolute game-changer for me was discovering Human Design and learning how I am energetically built to operate. I can now confidently make decisions, tell if I'm working with my design (or against it) and have deep insight into my unique set of gifts. I got started on this journey by spending a lot of time on Google looking up the details in my chart. I was hooked and invested in a chart reading with my own mentor before deciding to go all in and investing in some training. I now know how to read charts for my clients.
You don't need to be like me and spend over $2k to learn Human Design but knowing what your chart means makes the biggest difference to how you live your life – and how you work!
02// I got clear on what I wanted my business to look like
One thing I know for sure, I was done cutting family holidays short for work. Family is way more important to me than clients (sorry to all the clients reading this!). I spent some time really thinking about what I wanted my business days to look like and realised I wanted a lot of space. I wanted time in my day to sit outside in the sun to eat my lunch rather than scoff it down at my desk. I wanted to be able to meet a friend for a coffee without worrying that I would have to work that night to catch up. Are you feeling the same vibes?
03// I said goodbye to the projects that didn’t light me up
This was hard (because I had a history of hanging onto things) but it was also so easy to do (because I ditched the fear thanks to Human Design). I loved my clients but some of the work I was doing just was not lighting me up. I'm a Generator and my energy type really needs to love everything they do... So I cut 90% of my regular income in one hit 😳 But guess what? I my income didn't drop at all. Instead I got more of the work I love doing!
04// I created new services that were aligned to my design
Back at step 2 I realised that in order to get more freedom I needed to take on less clients at a time. So I completely restructured my business. I created new services that I had never imagined before but now that I knew my Human Design were the perfect fit. Never before did I imagine I would be running group coaching programs or working with clients through 1:1 coaching programs but that is my new reality and I love it!
05// I injected my gifts into my brand and marketing
No one has your unique blend of gifts, it's the magic that makes you who you are. When you work with these gifts and imprint that energy into your business it makes your brand and marketing so magnetic. I have created a framework that I believe is some of the best work I have EVER DONE! It's accuracy when applied to my business has blown my mind. And I'm now seeing my coaching peeps go through the same process and it's creating big change in their businesses.
