THE PROCESS:
Once you purchase this design you will be directed to a page with a link to our brand questionnaire. Here you will let us know your business name and whether you want to use our colour palette or if you would like us to come up with other colour options.
You will receive your proof within 48 hours of completing the questionnaire.
ONE round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are charged at the hourly rate of $100+GST.
When complete we will package up your files and create your style guide.
TERMS + CONDITIONS:
THIS IS NOT A CUSTOM DESIGN: We will update the design with your own business name and make minor tweaks as needed. Changes to the layout are not included in this purchase. If you require a custom design please visit our custom design page.
YOU RECIEVE: Final files including, AI, EPS, PDF, JPG + PNG. Colour codes will be supplied in HEX and CMYK. You will also receive a style guide.
THE QUESTIONNAIRE: The questionnaire must be filled in within one week of purchase. If this is not possible please contact Style Creative Co to arrange another timeline.
48 HOUR TURNAROUND: This is from the time we receive your questionnaire. If Style Creative Co is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (due to annual leave or illness) we will contact you ASAP after your purchase to give you an updated timeline. We will do our best to provide your proof as soon as we can.
THE DESIGN: Please note this brand is only available to three different businesses to try to keep it as individual as possible. Once they are sold it will be removed from sale and a new design will replace it.
